2. Description of Service

KolaySlide provides an AI-powered platform for creating professional presentations. Our service allows users to generate slides in multiple formats (PowerPoint, PDF, video, audio) based on user input, logos, and brand guidelines.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan allows one presentation total with all output formats included.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan ($19/month) includes 5 presentations per month, priority processing, and additional features. Unused presentations do not roll over to the next month.

4.3 Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the presentations you create using KolaySlide. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.2 Our Platform

KolaySlide and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Create presentations containing hateful, offensive, or infringing content
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KolaySlide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KolaySlide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
